This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CoreSeer Company ("Company") for the use of the CoreSkills application ("App"). This agreement governs your use of the App, including any updates or supplements to the App, which provides online courses, AI-driven interactions, talent profiling, and job-matching services.
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your use of the App is also governed by the CoreSeer Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://admin.coreskills.ai/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy explains how CoreSeer collects, uses, and protects your personal data, including information collected through the CoreSkills.ai mobile application.
Data Collection: The App collects personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, employment history, skills, and preferences, used to personalize your experience, provide course recommendations, and facilitate job matching.
Data Sharing: With your explicit consent, your talent profile may be shared with potential employers or recruiters. CoreSeer takes reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
AI Interactions: Interactions with AI-based teachers and coaches are recorded and analyzed to improve the App’s services and provide more accurate advice. These recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your consent.
Cookies and Tracking: The App uses cookies and similar technologies as detailed in the Privacy Policy to enhance user experience, analyze user behavior, and deliver targeted advertisements.
CoreSkills provides educational and informational content to help users enhance their skills and knowledge. The App may reference or include tutorials related to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and ChatGPT. These references are solely for educational purposes and are intended to provide guidance on how to use these platforms effectively.
CoreSkills is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with LinkedIn, ChatGPT, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform mentioned in the App. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your talent profile or interacting with the App, use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from using the App to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
You may submit content, such as feedback, course progress, or reviews, to the App. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content in connection with the operation of the App.
This EULA is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
